The automatic mode will be activated by touching the Beef Button once. Setting the temperature is not necessary. Neither the flesh nor the meat fat of meat turns black or red if it is stored in the Manna even for more than 30 days. With seven days of ripen, the meat will have bright red meat in its fat layers while the fat layers will appear in the muscles, turning the meat to be just like good-quality meat.
